Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, franchise marketing, agency account management, or a related discipline.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and digital content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% for meetings and events.
- Experience supporting franchise, multi-unit, retail, or automotive businesses is preferred.
- Familiarity with local store marketing and community engagement is advantageous.
- Experience with financial administration like budget tracking and invoice processing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for franchisees, responding to day-to-day requests and providing guidance on marketing programs.
- Partner with franchisees and operations leaders to support local marketing, community engagement, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate communications and requests between franchisees, agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and support presentations for franchisee meetings, onboarding sessions, and regional events.
- Assist with development and execution of local store marketing campaigns, grand openings, and brand activation.
- Support marketing onboarding for new locations, including transition into established marketing programs and digital platforms.
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, and performance monitoring.
- Manage projects, project trackers, and budget reconciliation.
