Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, franchise marketing, agency account management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and digital content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% for meetings and events.
  • Experience supporting franchise, multi-unit, retail, or automotive businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local store marketing and community engagement is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial administration like budget tracking and invoice processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary marketing contact for franchisees, responding to day-to-day requests and providing guidance on marketing programs.
  • Partner with franchisees and operations leaders to support local marketing, community engagement, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate communications and requests between franchisees, agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and support presentations for franchisee meetings, onboarding sessions, and regional events.
  • Assist with development and execution of local store marketing campaigns, grand openings, and brand activation.
  • Support marketing onboarding for new locations, including transition into established marketing programs and digital platforms.
  • Manage social media channels, content calendars, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage projects, project trackers, and budget reconciliation.
