Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management, technology, or transformation consulting, with substantial senior client-facing leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership of complex business or technology transformations from strategy through execution, adoption, and value realization.
- Strong consulting capabilities in structured problem solving, analysis, business cases, roadmaps, workshops, executive storytelling, and recommendations.
- Demonstrated expertise in 3PM, including prioritization, investment decisions, governance, capacity, sequencing, portfolio performance, and execution.
- Practical operating-model and OCM experience.
- Ability to connect business strategy to technology-enabled transformation and AI implications.
- Executive-grade communication, sound judgment in ambiguity, and team leadership.
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Assess current-state capabilities and define transformation strategies, target operating models, business cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate transformation options and recommend choices based on value, complexity, risk, dependencies, and investment.
- Design and improve portfolio and program intake, prioritization, funding, governance, and performance management.
- Define integrated OCM strategies covering sponsorship, communications, capability building, and organizational readiness.
- Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and governance forums to translate complex issues into actionable narratives.
- Shape advisory pursuits, monitor engagement economics, and coach consultants to strengthen the practice through quality reviews and IP development.
