Requirements
- Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, recurring workloads.
- Confident in performing outbound outreach and conducting cold conversations.
- Organizational skills to manage and maintain candidate benches over time.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Interest in AI and leveraging new technologies for recruitment.
- Experience recruiting specifically for SDR, Support, or high-volume roles is a plus.
- Background in a SaaS or tech environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the green industry is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Act as Granum's ambassador to the talent market, representing the company's mission and culture.
- Own full cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles from first outreach through offer.
- Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates to facilitate rapid hiring.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, personal networks, and employee referrals.
- Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse.
- Balance business hiring needs with a positive candidate experience.
