- Extensive experience in full-stack product engineering, spanning both backend and frontend systems.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered product features to production with real user impact.
- Background in a product-led SaaS company operating at scale.
- Strong technical expertise in configurability, extensibility, or no-code/low-code tooling.
- Ability to operate as a high-leverage contributor who leads via architectural vision and hands-on coding.
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing large cross-functional organizations.
- Product-first mindset with a history of building software that solves specific customer pain points.
- Preference for rapid prototyping and iterative development over documentation-heavy processes.
Responsibilities
- Define technical patterns for CRM configurability, including no-code/low-code and AI-powered personalization.
- Act as the technical anchor for new product problem spaces, moving from rapid prototyping to production-grade features.
- Architect systems by personally delivering working software at least 75% of the time.
- Build alignment and communicate technical trade-offs across multiple engineering groups, Product, and UX.
- Mentor engineers to elevate full-stack product thinking and AI-enabled development practices.
- Advocate for customer experience in design reviews and technical decision-making.
