Requirements
- Current or previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Trainer, New Hire Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience within B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, or a call centre environment.
- Solid understanding of prospecting, lead generation, objection handling, qualification, and sales fundamentals.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping people develop.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex sales concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
- Confidence providing constructive feedback and coaching individuals with different experience levels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fully remote, distributed team.
- Able to consistently work UK business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver structured onboarding, induction, and sales training programs for new hires.
- Coach new starters on essential B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, objection handling, qualification, and sales-cycle fundamentals.
- Design, adapt, and continuously improve training materials based on business requirements and new-hire performance.
- Monitor new hires throughout onboarding and identify areas where additional coaching or support is required.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to help new team members improve quickly.
- Deliver engaging remote training sessions that combine sales theory with practical exercises and real-world scenarios.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure training content aligns with commercial objectives, processes, and performance expectations.
- Stay up to date with modern sales methodologies, tools, and best practices and incorporate relevant techniques into training.
