Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience between both public accounting and industry

Active CPA license.
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 7 years’ experience between both public accounting and industry as part of an accounting function.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience in a family owned business, family enterprise, family office, multi-family office, or wealth management accounting environment catering to UHNW individuals.
Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting and customization within various ERP systems.
Experience with multiple entity accounting.
Experience with insurance renewals and bill pay tools like RAMP, Bill.com, Brex, and Expensify.
Experience using QuickBooks, Intacct, and NetSuite.
Demonstrated management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience developing and mentoring junior level staff.
Strong operational and technical accounting background.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences.

Oversee and deliver outsourced accounting support tailored to private, owner-run companies, including startups and family-owned businesses.
Develop and maintain cash flow models and prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Act as a liaison for clients in securing loans and financing, including factoring and other lending structures.
Guide clients through succession planning and exit strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term viability.
Provide strategic tax planning and risk mitigation advice to support business growth.
Identify and implement improvements in accounting systems and operational processes.
