Requirements
- Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers.
- Background in SaaS, marketing research agencies, management consulting, or advertising/communication.
- Experience managing large or strategic accounts.
- Track record of success in dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environments.
- Native German proficiency and fluency in English.
- Strong commercial mindset with pragmatism and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to present complex data with clarity and executive presence.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Expertise in market research or data/insights-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, building strong executive-level relationships.
- Understand customer business challenges and provide strategic guidance on leveraging consumer insights to drive organizational change.
- Prepare and conduct high-impact client workshops and trainings to educate customers on modern market research.
- Monitor customer activity and health scores to identify opportunities, improve user experience, and mitigate churn risks.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the Sales organization to expand the value of customer insights.
- Gather and represent the authoritative voice of the customer internally to Product, Research, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Coach and guide junior Customer Success Managers and contribute to team development and best practices.
