Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated social media management experience.
- Proven track record of scaling organic accounts on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Demonstrable portfolio showing exceptional copywriting, creative concepting, and short-form video production.
- Expert-level understanding of platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and GA4.
- Ability to demonstrate AI proficiency (Level 1 Explorer: daily usage for productivity).
- Strong ability to move fast and create content in real time based on cultural trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distinct, audience-specific channel strategies for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Conceptualize, write, and produce high-engagement assets including long-form posts, short-form video, carousels, and real-time commentary.
- Manage content production in partnership with Marketing, Design, and Brand teams.
- Own core social KPIs including Organic Reach, Engagement Rate, Share of Voice, CTR, and Audience Growth.
- Establish weekly and monthly reporting cadences to analyze content performance and trends.
- Lead proactive community management and facilitate executive engagement across channels.
