Ensure compliance with platform community guidelines and safety policies to uphold the integrity of the digital ecosystem.
Identify emerging trends, patterns, and risks in social media interactions to support platform quality.
Provide high-quality linguistic feedback and cultural context to enhance automated moderation tools.
Engage with internal teams to resolve complex content escalations within the social media industry.
Participate in regular workshops focused on wellness and best practices for content moderation.
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards to meet team and individual KPIs.
