Job Details

Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or information technology.
Experience working with U.S. public sector or federal customers.
Hands-on experience using GitLab or equivalent DevSecOps platforms.
Familiarity with modern software development and operations practices.
Strong understanding of CI/CD and automation workflows.
Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments.
Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of measurable business or mission outcomes.
Confident communication skills for leading customer meetings and technical demonstrations.
Experience advising senior stakeholders on technical tradeoffs.
Commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Engage with public sector customers via onsite and remote meetings, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive platform adoption.
Manage technical evaluation processes, including the design and delivery of proofs of concept (POC) and proofs of value (POV).
Create Customer Success Plans to ensure effective technical handoffs and project deployment.
Build long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders to foster product advocacy.
Act as an internal customer advocate, channeling feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Maintain expertise in cloud, DevOps, and automation practices to provide industry-leading guidance.
Conduct Value Stream Assessments to identify software delivery improvements for customers.
