Job Details

Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles.
Experience working with U.S. public sector or federal customers.
Hands-on experience using GitLab.
Familiarity with modern software development and operations practices including CI/CD and DevSecOps.
Proficiency with automation tools and practices.
Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments.
Ability to link technical solutions to measurable business or mission outcomes.
Experience advising senior stakeholders on technical tradeoffs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for leading customer meetings and demos.
Openness to continuous learning and feedback.

Engage with public sector customers via onsite and remote channels to provide technical expertise through demos, presentations, and workshops.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute account strategies for government environments.
Manage the technical evaluation lifecycle, including designing and delivering proofs of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV).
Support tender and audit processes by providing technical input for proposals.
Develop Customer Success Plans to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to deployment.
Build long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
Serve as an internal customer advocate, relaying insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Perform Value Stream Assessments to identify software delivery improvements for customers.
