Job Details

5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Technical Program Management.
Previous experience working in software engineering, development, QA automation, DevOps, technical leadership, or another hands-on technical role.
Proven experience managing complex software programs involving multiple teams and workstreams.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software delivery practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
Experience managing roadmaps, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery timelines.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts involving APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, microservices, databases, integrations, and modern software architectures.
Strong experience with stakeholder and client management, including executive-level communication.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
Establish and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery plans.
Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, providing clear communication around progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
Monitor program health through meaningful delivery, technical, financial, and quality metrics.
Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budget, ensuring programs remain aligned with contractual and business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, team performance, quality, and predictability.
