Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical and data projects.
- Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes.
- Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured project plans.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Slack and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a distributed, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for synthesizing project info for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned security and IT projects from planning through final delivery.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing.
- Provide clear, actionable project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-functional blockers and project-related decisions.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and contract renewals.
