4+ years of Project Management experience within a creative or marketing agency.
Strong experience managing social-first or social media brand campaigns.
Experience managing complex, multi-phase creative projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SOWs, budgets, project estimates, hours tracking, and resource planning.
Experience working cross-functionally with Client Service/Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Media teams.
Proficiency with project management and time-tracking tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Latin America (LATAM).
Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Own project execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
Develop project plans covering phases, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and required resources.
Manage project scope, SOWs, budgets, estimates, and hours tracking.
Coordinate resources and work with team leads to staff projects according to expertise and availability.
Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Media teams to align priorities.
Facilitate internal check-ins, meetings, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating issues as necessary.
Manage multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency.
