Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience (7+ for Senior level).
- Prior experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and web-based software.
- Understanding of EEO and OFCCP requirements.
- Strong consultative, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for recruiting efforts.
- Experience with iCIMS preferred.
- AIRS certifications preferred (for Senior level).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to serve as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
- Execute full life cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Manage candidates through the entire interview, assessment, and offer negotiation process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Coach and advise management on hiring processes, EEO, and OFCCP compliance.
- Utilize and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system.
- Support diversity recruitment goals and participate in cross-functional projects.
