Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA with specializations in HR or Finance preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
- Experience leading complex global recruiting organizations in matrixed or multi-business environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and serve as a strategic partner on workforce priorities.
- Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, and recruiting operations.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives and RPO partnerships.
- Experience establishing global process ownership and partnering with shared services.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
- High technology fluency regarding recruiting tools and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technology, or diversified operating environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, growth, and transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding labor market dynamics, talent risks, and workforce requirements.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver an integrated talent strategy.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build external talent pipelines for leadership positions and oversee executive recruiting activities.
- Manage the global Talent Acquisition P&L, budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Govern the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) strategy and operating model.
- Drive the recruiting technology roadmap using automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
