Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a hardware/instrument R&D environment.
- Experience deploying tools, processes, or capabilities across engineering teams.
- Systems engineering background or hands-on experience within a systems engineering process.
- Experience running voice-of-customer or internal stakeholder research efforts.
- Experience with engineering tool rollouts, digital transformation, or AI/automation adoption initiatives.
- Experience running cross-divisional or multi-site programs, including globally distributed teams.
- Strong program and portfolio management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering leads on technical and architectural workflows.
- Capacity to align divisional and hub stakeholders without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Run voice-of-customer efforts with engineering teams to identify tool, automation, and AI capability needs.
- Synthesize findings into deployment priorities and business cases for engineering leadership.
- Manage end-to-end deployment programs for architecture and AI capabilities from pilot to scale.
- Drive systematization of tools into repeatable, well-governed capabilities across divisions.
- Lead program management for cross-divisional automation initiatives, including coordination with the China Innovation Center.
- Develop program plans, governance cadences, and reporting for stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain a portfolio view of architecture and automation programs covering status, risks, and resourcing.
