- Lead strategic policy development and advocacy to build a multistate network.
- Develop and coordinate multistate initiatives, campaigns, and policy proposals on anticorruption, accountability, campaign finance, ethics, and transparency.
- Research and analyze policy issues and legislative developments to inform strategy, communications, and rapid-response efforts.
- Provide policy assistance and strategic guidance to state teams and create educational materials, toolkits, and resources for teams and partners.
- Build and sustain coalitions and stakeholder relationships, facilitate peer learning, and engage policymakers and their staff.
- Represent organizational positions in public forums, testimony, and media appearances.
- Collaborate with organizing, communications, programs, and development teams to integrate policy priorities into broader work.
- Mentor junior staff and interns, manage grant deliverables, and track and evaluate policy initiative outcomes.
