Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of related experience in software implementation, CRM or AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience configuring a CRM or AMS platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or a comparable system.
- Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt's product to effectively configure no-code solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging Cobalt and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions to translate business processes into configurations.
- Assist with business analysis, functional documentation, quality assurance, and system configuration activities.
- Support data conversion and migration from legacy systems into Cobalt.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during projects to develop trust and cooperation.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
- Manage multiple concurrent client implementations while working with minimal supervision.
