Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT audit, financial audit readiness, internal controls, compliance, or enterprise risk management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting DoD/federal ERP, logistics, supply-chain, or warehouse-management systems.
- Demonstrated experience assessing system-enabled business-process controls.
- Expertise in internal-control assessments, control design and operating-effectiveness testing, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to develop audit documentation, process/control maps, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Working knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, GAO Green Book, FISCAM, and FIAR/DoD financial-management requirements.
- Proven ability to communicate complex system-control issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead WMS audit-readiness assessments focused on operational compliance, inventory, and financial accountability.
- Evaluate end-to-end WMS/SAP business processes and controls across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Trace transactions from physical warehouse events through system records to validate accuracy and auditability.
- Assess control design and operating effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop audit-control documentation, process maps, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Support government audit engagements, walkthroughs, and evidence collection.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and logistics stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and sustainability.
