Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum six years combined staff experience in WFF or eight years specialized MCTSP experience.
- Senior Army or ARNG leadership experience with a training management background.
- Primary staff experience in the WFF at Battalion or higher level.
- Experience with Army National Guard training support system.
- Proficiency in Army Protection (MP, Chemical, ADA, Engineer) doctrine and processes.
- Two or more years working within WFF area Army Command and Control Information Systems (AMDWS, CPOF, CPCE).
- Familiarity with risk management and protection priorities development.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
- Valid state driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Protection Warfighting Functions tasks for Brigade to Division levels.
- Develop scheme of maneuver support and protection products including OPORDs, CAL, DAL, and Annexes E and G.
- Provide risk and vulnerability assessment support for ARNG organizational levels.
- Act as advisor and trainer during planning, execution, and After Action Review of collective events.
- Plan and conduct various training exercises including FTXs, CPXs, STAFFEXs, and MDMP workshops.
- Develop training materials including operations orders, reports, briefings, and workshops.
- Coach units over-the-shoulder to assist commanders in achieving training objectives.
- Conduct research on evolving doctrine, operations, and TTPs to replicate operational environments.
