Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SCRM for ICT and related regulations.
- Expertise in NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 SCRM controls.
- Expertise in FedRAMP REV 5 SR family of controls.
- Expertise in NIST SP 800-161 REV 1 Overlay controls and enhancements.
- Experience developing shared responsibility models and control matrices.
- Proven ability to write policies, plans, and standards.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update AFS enterprise SCRM policy, standards, and procedures.
- Execute project compliance approaches and periodic assessments of 500+ projects to meet enterprise SCRM requirements.
- Implement a shared responsibility model for enterprise Tier 1 vs Project Tier 3 SCRM plans, controls, and inheritance.
- Support internal and external audits related to SCRM controls.
- Respond to SCRM RFIs, questionnaires in solicitations, contract awards, and contract clause modifications.
- Ensure AFS compliance with SCRM requirements in solicitations, contracts, and regulations.
- Develop checklists of auditable evidence for compliance verification.
- Proactively identify and manage enterprise supply chain risks to AFS and clients across multiple domains.
- Support stakeholders in self-assessing and documenting compliance to SCRM standards.
