Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or another regulated compliance workflow.
- Fluent in audit vocabulary: audit universe, entity-level controls, risk and control matrices, walkthroughs, deficiency severity, remediation, and external auditor reliance.
- Strong technical fluency in LLM and agent architecture, including evals and tradeoffs.
- Ability to hold a strategic position under pressure while remaining open to constructive arguments.
- Comfortable working with detail-oriented, skeptical audiences to translate their workflows into requirements.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line, from market entry through to a sequenced roadmap.
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to audit execution and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive the introduction and adoption of product features.
- Work directly with Chief Audit Executives, VPs of Internal Audit, and Heads of IT Audit, including onsite, and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
