Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Direct experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or regulated compliance workflows.
- Knowledge of audit industry terminology such as risk and control matrices, walkthroughs, and deficiency severity.
- Strong technical fluency with LLM and agent architectures, evals, and tradeoffs.
- Experience translating complex, detail-oriented workflows into technical product requirements.
- Proven ability to hold a strategic position under pressure from commercial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with enterprise-level audit executives.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line, from market entry through to a sequenced roadmap.
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the audit lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback and drive product adoption.
- Communicate product strategy to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Work directly with Chief Audit Executives, VPs of Internal Audit, and Heads of IT Audit to gather insights and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
