Requirements
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in following runbooks and checklists while managing ambiguous or complex situations.
- Strong decision-making skills within defined workflows.
- Clear, concise written communication for handover and reporting.
- Ability to use AI tools pragmatically while verifying all outputs.
- Aptitude for spotting defects and identifying issues.
- Interest in sport, media, digital content, SaaS, or publishing operations.
- Experience in content operations, QA, or product support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS tools, Airtable, Linear, Zendesk, Slack, or spreadsheets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned content operations tasks from queue to completion by running workflows and updating systems.
- Prepare generated story packages and reports using internal tools and runbooks.
- Conduct quality assurance on generated content and app surfaces.
- Maintain content hygiene and recurring task records.
- Deliver client-ready links, reports, and status updates.
- Triage content or support issues during assigned shifts by gathering evidence and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and handover notes for team continuity.
- Use AI and internal tools daily to automate checking, documentation, and workflow tasks while verifying accuracy.
