Job Details

4+ years in technical partnerships, partner/solutions engineering, technical account management, or product marketing.
Comfortable reading API docs, reasoning about webhooks and data flows, and engaging with engineering teams.
Experience sizing partnership opportunities and evaluating revenue impact versus maintenance costs.
Strong writing skills for technical specs, business cases, and partner briefs.
Proven ability to influence product roadmaps.
Experience with CRM and partner/opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.
Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
High attention to detail with a process- and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel, up to 20%.
Experience in ecommerce or martech strongly preferred; Shopify ecosystem experience is a real advantage.

Own a portfolio of technology and integration partners end to end: sourcing, evaluation, technical scoping, launch, and ongoing growth.
Identify and size partnership opportunities using real inputs like shared merchant overlap and revenue impact.
Lead technical discovery with partners to understand API surface, data models, and architecture to scope integrations.
Translate partner opportunities into written specs and business cases for the Product team.
Partner with Marketing to drive demand through co-marketing, joint content, and events.
Build enablement materials for Sales, Solutions, and Support teams.
Serve as the escalation point for partner technical issues.
Carry quarterly goals for partner-influenced pipeline and integration adoption.
Build the operating system for the function including tiering frameworks and reporting.
