Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a similar systems and data role in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep ATS expertise, particularly with Ashby.
  • Ability to design and maintain ATS configurations, custom fields, access roles, and interview plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and build custom reports.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience ensuring data integrity across an ATS and integrated systems.
  • Proven experience in program and change management, including documentation, training, and process rollouts.
  • Clear written communication and high attention to detail.
  • Experience scaling recruiting operations at a post-Series B/C company (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with the Ashby API (nice-to-have).
  • Exposure to headcount planning or management systems (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Architect ATS functionality including custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, and automations.
  • Manage the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards and metric definitions.
  • Maintain hiring data accuracy and reconciliation across the ATS, hiring plan, and downstream systems.
  • Identify patterns to improve workflows, automate manual tasks, and develop self-serve processes.
  • Evaluate, procure, and manage recruiting-related tools for sourcing, scheduling, and operations.
  • Develop integrations and API-based reporting to reduce manual work.
  • Lead process rollouts through clear documentation, training, and measuring adoption.
