Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 or more years of hands-on data science experience in fast-paced business environments.
- Expert-level proficiency with Python and standard ML frameworks.
- Daily proficiency with SQL.
- Proven experience scraping and acquiring raw data from non-standard sources.
- Strong background in experimental design, including A/B testing and causal analysis.
- Experience deploying models into production environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience using LLMs and agentic coding tools for data workflows.
- Ability to create trusted dashboards and visualizations using standard libraries or Tableau.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across engineering, product, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Discover and acquire new data sources using creative scraping and acquisition techniques.
- Analyze trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to identify underserved categories and growth opportunities.
- Prototype and deploy machine learning models on AWS for virality prediction and content analysis.
- Design and execute A/B tests, holdouts, and spend experiments across releases and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Utilize LLMs and agentic coding tools to accelerate data cleaning, analysis, and reporting workflows.
