Requirements

- Experience with Python Web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
- Experience with data storages like PostgreSQL with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience with async task queues including Celery, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Proven experience building and scaling microservices-based solutions.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD approaches and tools.
- Solid understanding of standard web technologies and security principles.
- Ability to make architecture decisions with a focus on business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-load systems using various technologies in Python.
- Handle big data pipelines, integration, and analytics (processing 200-400 million records per day).
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain backend products.
- Collaborate on building and scaling microservices-based solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate and work within cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and product managers.
