Requirements
- Proven experience as SRE or DevOps engineer.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE, on-premise clusters) and cloud-native tools (ArgoCD, Istio, Helm).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, or Salt.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, BitBucket, or Concourse.
- Experience configuring APM, metrics, logging, and incident management using tools like NewRelic, PagerDuty, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS).
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure tools like Kafka, Airflow, or Hadoop.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong collaboration capabilities to assist and mentor software development teams.
Responsibilities
- Promote SRE principles including monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, SLO management, and toil reduction.
- Design and implement comprehensive observability solutions using tools such as NewRelic and PagerDuty.
- Administer high-availability Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Provision and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Build, secure, and optimize automated CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions or Concourse.
- Manage data platform technologies including Kafka, Airflow, and Hadoop.
