Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel work-streams effectively.
- Ability to think strategically when leveraging proprietary data.
- Collaborative approach with a willingness to handle hands-on tasks.
- MBA is highly valued.
- Curious mindset with a desire to test new concepts.
Responsibilities
- Manage Fever’s largest partner relationships and projects across verticals including museums, festivals, and immersive experiences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (BD, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless event launches.
- Forge strategic relationships with partners to serve as a trusted advisor and proactively address their needs.
- Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing growth strategies, and preparing comprehensive performance reports.
- Gather partner feedback to provide actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Mentor and lead junior Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
