Requirements
- 12 years of experience in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, or adjacent mobility sectors.
- Demonstrated track record in product management, business development, corporate strategy, or service/operational leadership roles.
- Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or energy management solutions.
- Intellectually curious, analytical, and creative strategic thinker.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and commercial concepts.
- Based in Europe.
- Familiarity with the European EV regulatory environment and fleet market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Fleet segment in Europe.
- Set vision and make pricing, packaging, and launch decisions for truck, bus, and van solutions.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to align on market opportunities.
- Drive the hardware portfolio and software platforms as a unified product experience.
- Identify and influence strategic partnerships, including relationships with truck and bus OEMs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to inform product direction.
- Communicate complex concepts and drive alignment across stakeholders and executive leadership.
