Requirements
- Professional experience managing a SaaS product or a significant part thereof.
- Strong ability to create and validate business models and strategies.
- Proven track record in identifying product-market fit and go-to-market execution.
- Experience with Continuous Product Discovery and product experimentation.
- Proficiency in defining and analyzing product metrics for decision-making.
- Expertise in AI/LLM tools for building digital product solutions.
- Working knowledge of no-code and low-code platforms.
- Understanding of UX standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated success working in small, agile, and distributed team environments.
- Native or C2 Polish and B2 English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, low-process, and highly autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and validate product vision, strategy, and business models.
- Achieve product-market fit and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Lead continuous product discovery to identify and solve real user problems.
- Analyze product metrics to draw actionable conclusions.
- Build product solutions using AI, no-code, and low-code tools.
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap transparently across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer teams.
- Iterate on products using agile frameworks like Scrum and Lean Startup.
