Requirements
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to perform effective online research and identify high-quality content.
- High level of reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in speaking for team communication.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable.
- Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
- Functional webcam.
Responsibilities
- Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using targeted keywords and hashtags.
- Assess creators based on content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume.
- Perform content QA by fixing typos, removing hashtags, selecting thumbnails, and ensuring content mix in the internal CMS.
- Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating conference vendors and merchandise.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly creator performance reports.
