Job Details

7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B software.
Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling.
Experience with Agent platforms or developer-facing AI tooling, Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred.
Track record of driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product.
Experience running customer pilots or proof of concepts.
Data-driven mindset with experience defining adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership and customer-facing scenarios.
Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.

Own the MCP adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage and persona evidence.
Drive activation and adoption pathways, running research and data analysis to convert connection into daily value.
Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and developers as core personas, making their needs legible to engineering.
Run customer pilots and proof of concepts, converting engagements into showcases and adoption plays.
Develop demos, playbooks, documentation, and enablement content for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Partner daily with the MCP engineering lead to plan and launch capabilities.
Define success metrics and use data to guide iteration and prioritization.
