Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and technical procedures.
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
- Create and manage project plans, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.
- Evaluate departmental performance through data and metric analysis.
- Develop departmental metrics and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate implementation and communication strategies.
- Mentor team members and promote professional development.
