Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management.
- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) certification highly preferred.
- Health plan experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Apply data-driven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
- Monitor outcomes to ensure the sustainability of process improvements.
- Improve overall performance within the health plan operations.
