Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Healthcare, Operations, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, or project management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing enterprise strategy and partnering with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide and highly complex cross-functional transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders by identifying improvement opportunities and shaping future-state operating models.
- Establish, advance, and govern continuous improvement standards, tools, playbooks, and dashboards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Process Improvement practitioners and business partners in Lean Six Sigma methodology and project execution.
- Leverage healthcare and PBM operational insights to benchmark performance and influence strategic priorities.
