Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction, earthwork, or heavy civil sectors.
- 2+ years of experience working closely with construction technology, either in deployment, sales, or as a buyer/champion.
- Substantial experience in business development, managing quotas, and pipeline deal cycles.
- Deep familiarity with GC procurement, subcontracting structures, and site mobilization.
- Field credibility with the ability to discuss earthwork scope, production, and schedules with superintendents, foremen, and operators.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Comfort with early-stage ambiguity and building processes without established playbooks.
- High ownership and grit with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- Ability to travel heavily to active job sites and partner HQs.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, qualify, and close design partner relationships for GC and earthwork subcontractors.
- Spend time on active job sites to scope earthwork, understand operations, and build trust with field personnel.
- Build and maintain relationships across all levels, from superintendents and operators to PMs and executives.
- Navigate complex GC procurement, subcontracting structures, and mobilization requirements.
- Act as the primary bridge between external partners and internal product, operations, and engineering teams.
- Refine customer profiles, segmentation, and partner prioritization based on field feedback.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline with forecasting discipline and reporting.
