Requirements
- Demonstrated application of technical principles and concepts in MEAL.
- Experience in business development, including MEAL components of project design.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital data collection tools such as CommCare, KoBo, or RedRose.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to influence others.
- Experience in facilitation and training applying adult learning principles.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Understanding of information and budget management systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide MEAL technical assistance to projects and country teams, including budget review, system design, and data tool development.
- Support business development by providing MEAL guidance, narratives, and indicators for proposals and project design.
- Support humanitarian responses through emergency deployment, system management, and real-time evaluations.
- Contribute to the design of digital data collection forms and data visualization approaches.
- Lead capacity strengthening initiatives by developing training curriculums, conducting workshops, and mentoring staff.
- Facilitate influence and scaling strategies through systems analysis and evidence generation.
- Maintain relationships with donors, peer organizations, and research institutions.
