Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to frame critical strategic questions and develop clear strategic direction aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Translate approved strategy into multi‑year and annual plans, including priorities, targets, and resource implications.
- Coordinate with other BU-aligned Strategy Directors and the ACSO to resolve enterprise-level tradeoffs and surface dependencies.
- Define key analytic questions and partner with Strategic Insights to translate analysis into decision-ready options.
- Provide hands-on strategic support for a portfolio of enterprise-critical initiatives within the business unit.
- Support routine strategic performance reviews to drive decisions and necessary corrective actions.
- Lead executive strategy and working sessions while developing executive-ready narratives and presentation materials.
