- Effective interpersonal communication for building alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research and future-sensing.
- Computer literacy suitable for executive-ready document and presentation development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to frame strategic questions and develop clear strategic direction aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Translate approved strategies into multi-year and annual plans with defined targets, sequencing, and resource implications.
- Coordinate with other business unit strategy leaders to surface dependencies, risks, and enterprise-level tradeoffs.
- Define key analytic questions and partner with insights teams to translate data into decision-ready options.
- Provide hands-on strategic support for a portfolio of enterprise-critical initiatives and build business unit capability.
- Support routine strategic performance reviews to drive decisions and necessary corrective actions.
- Lead executive strategy sessions and develop high-level decision memos and presentation materials.
