Requirements
- M.S. in Engineering (P.E. or other certification/advanced degree preferred).
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients.
- Background in biological wastewater treatment and design.
- Experience in industrial client engineering and/or design-build (e.g., food and beverage, pharmaceutical/chemical, data centers).
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of publishing technical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to staff in the Industrial Water/Wastewater Business.
- Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships to secure repeat business.
- Lead or assist with proposal preparation and pursuit of new project opportunities.
- Conduct research and innovate to implement improved methods for project solutions.
- Ensure technical quality of all delivered work products.
- Mentor staff in relevant technical skill areas.
- Represent the firm through technical publications and presentations at national and regional levels.
