Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in construction, design, or project management.
Proven track record delivering complex projects valued between $5 million and $50 million+.
Demonstrated experience with project budgeting and cost control.
Strong proficiency in scheduling and resource management.
Hands-on experience with estimating and construction methods.
Proficiency with project management technology tools.
Ability to travel as needed for project delivery.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) (Preferred).
Master’s Degree in Construction Management (Preferred).
AACE estimating certification (Preferred).

Collaborate with directors on proposal development, conceptual estimates, and client presentations.
Manage design reviews, constructability insights, and monitor design progress.
Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates, cost codes, and project budgets.
Oversee procurement including bid packages, subcontractor qualification, and contract awards.
Establish project organization, staffing plans, and integrated construction schedules.
Direct site meetings, ensure permit compliance, and oversee execution timelines.
Manage financial performance including invoicing, collections, change orders, and vendor payments.
Monitor safety and quality standards and address performance issues.
Mentor construction personnel and support their professional growth.
Lead project close-out activities and manage warranty work.
