Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a functional analyst, finance systems, support, implementation, or consulting role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, tax) in a major ERP environment.
- Hands-on Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience.
- Sharp analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-first attitude and ability to own issues through to resolution.
- Oracle Financials certification or accounting qualification (preferred).
- SQL understanding (preferred).
- Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools or Excel macros/VBA (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design solutions for Oracle Financials modules including payables, receivables, GL, fixed assets, and tax.
- Act as the voice of the customer by analyzing support cases and replicating issues.
- Own complex escalations through to resolution.
- Write specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
- Collaborate with developers and pre-sales to ship product features.
- Assist in migrating the product suite to a new platform.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and modern tooling.
