Requirements
- 5 years experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or healthcare-related field.
- 3 years demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
- 3 years clerical and computer experience.
- 3 years knowledge of insurance billing and managed care.
- Completion of medical terminology or medical assistant coursework preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work per diem, 8-hour day shifts.
- Ability to obtain CHAA certification within 180 days of hire if based in California.
Responsibilities
- Support the Care Management team in daily coordination activities.
- Perform complex administrative tasks identified during patient assessment and management.
- Act as a healthcare team member to facilitate effective care coordination.
- Maintain clear documentation related to team functions and patient activities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Care Management.
