Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, operations, manufacturing, or freight.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors or external partners.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and business software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with international logistics, ocean freight, or customs brokers is preferred.
- Familiarity with freight or customs platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the supply chain from raw material sourcing through production and fulfillment.
- Place and track purchase orders and manage supplier payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, freight providers, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries, and proactively track shipments to identify potential delays.
- Manage international and domestic ocean and air freight shipments.
- Coordinate customs documentation and work with brokers to ensure clearance.
- Monitor production timelines and track raw materials and finished goods movement.
- Maintain accurate operational records and assist with bookkeeping/intercompany paperwork.
