Requirements
- 5–8 years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing paid media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROI.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and lead nurture.
- Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience marketing to niche B2C audiences, specifically students or professionals in training.
- Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teams.
- Ability to develop segment-specific messaging that converts.
- Strong analytical skills, including fluency in Google Analytics and evaluating CAC/LTV.
- Excellent writing and communication skills across ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Self-starter mentality with experience building programs and processes from scratch.
- Comfortable thriving in the ambiguity of a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own B2C growth across paid, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channels.
- Build and scale repeatable acquisition engines targeting healthcare student communities with a focus on CAC efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Develop differentiated positioning and high-converting value propositions for med, NP, and PA students.
- Partner with lifecycle/CRM teams to optimize conversion points across the acquisition funnel.
- Execute student-facing events and conference activations while testing scalable programs like ambassador initiatives.
- Own demand gen reporting, tracking volume, quality, and cost of trial starts and subscribers.
- Manage vendors and agency relationships while collaborating with product and content teams.
