2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Demonstrated empathy and genuine passion for helping customers.
Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (costs fully funded by company).

Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
Educate customers on coverage options and identify potential savings or coverage gaps.
Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices for customers.
Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with the product team.
