Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with complex transactions.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite/OneWorld in a multi-entity environment.
- Proven experience identifying and implementing accounting process improvements or automation.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate requirements clearly.
- CPA or equivalent accounting credential.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for team collaboration and company events.
Responsibilities
- Independently own key areas of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and other complex accounting activities.
- Support accounting across a multi-entity environment, including intercompany activity, consolidation, foreign currency, and payroll accounting.
- Apply accounting judgment to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Identify recurring manual work, control gaps, and inefficient workflows to implement practical process improvements.
- Use NetSuite/OneWorld functionality, automation, and AI tools to streamline accounting and improve data quality.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions that balance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Support audit readiness and maintain scalable, well-controlled documentation.
